I did this for the "creature of the week" challenge on Conceptart.org but sadly, i missed the deathline :(
Anyways, i still like it, i had so much fun working on this ugly guy.

It is like a good aligned beholder from the upper planes who have great white wings and fight the evil with a sword and shield made of pure lightning.
